I was notified by our fellow blog follower Wissam that The Pie Pizzeria has come out with a Gluten Free Menu and built separate kitchen areas to reduce the risk of cross contamination!!! Below is the official statement that I found on their website.
The Pie Pizzeria will begin offering a Gluten Free menu soon. (May 2013) In an effort to make sure that we minimize any risk of cross contamination, we are currently developing separate kitchen areas where our gluten free items will be made. Once this is completed and the new equipment has been installed, our gluten free items will be available at most of our locations. Unfortunately due to space limitations and cross contamination issues we will be unable to offer our gluten free menu at our Midvale Pie location at this time.

on our menu's to identify which items have a gluten free option available for you to order. Additional charges may apply on gluten free items.
