Costa Vida

A personal favorite and go to meal when eating out is Costa Vida's sweet pork salad with corn tortillas! All of their sauces, dressings, meats, enchiladas, tacos, salads (without the flour or wheat tortilla), nachos, and chicken tortilla soup are gluten free. Costa Vida offers a wide selection of choices and has many locations throughout Utah. It's easy to forget that eating out gluten free can be hard when eating at Costa Vida!
