Gluten Free...Really?!
The Sweet Tooth Fairy Gourmet Bake Shop graced me with her sweet surprise this fine evening. The perfectly textured gluten free chocolate cupcake and frosting that I could eat by the spoonful was so good I second guessed if it really was gluten free! Megan Faulkner Brown has really out done herself catering to the 'sweet tooth' of all kinds.

Pei Wei's Gluten Free Sweet & Sour Chicken was a great meal to brighten my day on this cloudy afternoon! Unfortunately many stir fry sauces and meats contain flour in traditional Asian diners. Pei Wei has stepped up to the plate and recreated a flour free version of something I'm grateful I never had to give up on my gluten free diet.

So good I get it EVERY time! McGrath's Fish House Wood-Fired Salmon. This salmon is cooked to perfection and is so tender. Gluten Free doesn't have to be yucky! I've found that when I stick to the basics and order naturally gluten free items when eating out, I'm rarely disappointed.

*Please note that the TARTAR SAUCE often brought out on the side of this entree CONTAINS GLUTEN!
